This is the week I have mid-terms. I have a big test due tomorrow in my online class. I also have an essay due in that class. Fortunately, I am off work today and I hope to complete both assignments now.
I have set up camp in a corner of Starbucks. If I attempted this at home, I'd likely be distracted by laundry, dishes, the dirty toilet, my cluttered desk, Sims, Breaking Bad, Downton Abbey, and/or any number of other things that I can usually justify as being more important than homework I don't want to complete.
I have a decadent slice of lemon pound cake and a simple, but delicious, breve latte. My music is in my ears and my computer is in front of me. Time to work.
